Q: What are your store hours?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Checks (with a valid driver’s license and phone number), Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Q: Is the customer allowed to return unused materials?
A: Yes you may return unused materials for credit. We do not take back any bagged products. All material returned must be in resalable condition and you MUST have original sales receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee on the returns. There will not be any returns accepted after 30 days from date of receipt.

Q: Do you sell to Homeowners and the general public?
A: Yes, we sell to both Homeowners as well as Contractors.

Q: Do you offer displays of the products you sell?
A: We do have many displays of the products we carry. Feel free to contact any of our 3 locations to see which products and/or displays are available at each yard.

Q: Which brand concrete pavers do you sell?
A: We sell Unilock Pavers and Pavestone Pavers.

Q: Do you offer retaining wall products?
A: Yes we offer many different types and styles of retaining wall products for you to choose from. We sell The Keystone Retaining Wall Systems, Pavestone Walls and Unilock Wall Systems.

Q: How do I estimate square footage for my project?
A: You simply multiply your width or height by your length to give you your square footage. Our knowledgeable sales staff will gladly assist you in your estimate of materials needed for your project.

Q: Does Drywall Masonry Supplies sell gas fireplaces and gas logs?
A: Yes we do. DMS Fireplace Shop distributes Heatilator Gas and Wood fireplaces, the Quadra Fire line of gas fireplaces and the Napoleon line of products as well. For your gas log needs we stock the Golden Blount gas logs and also special order the RH Peterson gas logs and fire pits.

Q: Do you offer delivery service?
A: Drywall Masonry Supplies offers prompt courteous delivery services to its customers extending throughout Cape Cod the Islands and Southeastern MA. With our wide fleet of drywall boom trucks, and truck mounted forklift trucks, our trained and experienced drivers are able to provide you with efficient service putting your product close to your work area. Some places only offer curbside delivery not Drywall Masonry Supplies.

Q: Do you have a delivery charge?
A: There is a delivery charge, please check with each location for rates and scheduling.
